Great light weight snow and rain boot but I still sized up and then could fit comfortably with a winter sock. Warm and good arch support.
Laura –
I needed a pair of boots that I could wear in cold/snowy conditions for an upcoming trip. I struggled in deciding if I should buy these because I will probably only wear them on a few trips and may only wear a few times. I bought the wide and there’s plenty of room for thick socks – I normally wear a 9 and need a wider toe box. These fit true to size and I’m glad I opted for the wide, I have plenty of room for my feet, yet my ankles and heels feel secure. I tried them on without socks and they are really soft and warm inside. The price is right too, particularly for a shoe I may only wear a few times a year if ever. The lining is really soft and the little fuzzy cuffs are cute, but the boots themselves are also very functional. The shoe feels a bit stiff, but that’s to be expected for a shoe that will be used for cold/snowy conditions.

Just what I was looking for. The sole is like tire treads so it’s wonderful to walk safely on snow and ice. The toe box is wide and high – happy feet! The fabric and lining around the ankle are soft and comfortable and fit closely enough to keep warm. I was out in these in our -10 degree weather last week and the only warm part of me was my feet! And they’re cute/cute! I’ve found that all the Propet shoes I’ve purchased so far have run quite large. I usually wear 8WW but I’m exchanged them for a 7EEEE. It may be because they’re truly wide enough for my wide toes and bunions!

Snow boots. Well lined. 7.5 W fits my 7.5 w to 7.5 ww size. Too clunky for just rain boots.
Pat –
Of course I’m buying these before ice and snow season—but as soon as I ordered my first pair and tried them on –I purchased a second pair. The inside is roomy and SILKY.

The only complaint I have is that I had to get used to the weight of a hiking boot.
Wonderful for Cold New England winters. Beautifully made and will last longer than I will. Very comfortable
From day one.

I like this boot very much. I have a hard time finding boots/shoes/sandals that fit. I vary between 11W to 12W depending on the maker. I am an 11W in Keen’s. The only thing I would have liked for this boot to have would be a more pliable sole, but it’s going to warm and safe to wear in the snow and ice! I go to upstate New York for part of the winter so can’t wait to wear them!

I love these boots! I do a lot of winter walking so I was looking for something warm, light and comfortable. I also have a wide foot with a high arch and it is often difficult to find something that feels “right”.
I don’t know how warm these will keep my feet yet (too early in the season) but they are super comfortable and light.
I chose “berry” and I am happy I did; they are just kind of cheery looking; and we all need some cheer in the winter.
Absolutely love Zappos!!

I have neuropathy at The front outside of my left foot, including my toes, and boots — even Those that supposedly have a wide front — give me trouble. These are perfect. My feet slid right in, and then when I stood in the booths, there was no irritation for my toes. They are wonderfully comfortable, yet clearly sturdy enough for our upcoming winter. After one day in them, I ordered a second pair!

HEAVY, STIFF, toe box FEELS LIKE A STEEL TOED BOOT – I can’t feel or find my big toe to see if boot fits the toe box is that rock hard and un-flexible – see pic I’m pressing as hard as I can and there is zero movement. The 10ww RUNS SMALL – order at least a half size to a full size larger than your regular size. Maybe this works for snowmobiling? Or somewhere else where your toe might get stopepped on – a horse stable? This is NOT for walking around town in the snow!
I would like to order 10 1/2 but they do not make it. I guess I will have to try 11 or a different boot. I usually wear a 10ww. I take a 9.5ww in Drew shoes and their WW is much wider if that helps.

I have wide feet and thick ankles and these are perfect. 4E. They are kinda clunky but will be great in the snow.
Laura –
They had me at “waterproof.” Like the four other Propet pairs of boots I own, these are great. It’s raining and snowing today. I just walked my dog through two miles of puddles and my socks are dry.

I love these boots. I have a wide foot and wear either a 7-1/2 or 8 – depending on the manufacturer. I ordered an 8 extra wide, to allow for winter socks. The boots arrived in 2 days – so that was impressive. They are way cuter than they look in the pic. First I tried them on barefoot – the inside is so soft. And the boots fit like a glove. Then I tried socks and it was just as good. I wore them to pick up my granddaughter from school. She’s 15 and she noticed the boots right away and loved them…so I guess they’re pretty stylish too. I have a couple pairs of boots that I wear pretty regularly but they aren’t really for tromping around in the snow…these have a very sturdy sole with tread so I feel very safe on snowy/icy surfaces. I’d buy these again.
Holly –
I stand a lot for my job, this is the first pair of boots I have ever owned that I don’t need to change out of when I get to work. They’re very comfortable and supportive. I am glad that I read the reviews beforehand, as I went with a wider size than I probably would have without (I normally wear a W/D width, I got the X/EE) and they fit perfectly, they definitely would’ve been too narrow if I had gotten the W/D.
Pros: Very comfortable and supportive for standing long periods of time.
Very warm and waterproof
Fur trim is cute
Easy on/off
Seem well made/ high quality
Cons: These are *very* heavy shoes (doesn’t bother me a ton, but might bother others)
The waterproof part of the boot isn’t super cute

I have a high instep and very wide feet. I keep buying and returning boots, either because I can’t get them on over my instep or they are too narrow.
I am thrilled to say these are keepers! They fit, which of course is wonderful. The zipper zipped! But as a bonus, they look stylish. They come in even sizes so if you are a half size, you have to go
up or down. Luckily, Zappos’ shipping is free so if you guess wrong, you can return them and try the other size.
Lisa –
I love these. Unfortunately, they are too tight in the toe box and too wide in the heel.
Sharon –
Pure joy! That’s what it felt like the first time I wore these. And every time since. Let me explain: To determine shoe width, sizing charts ask you to measure your foot. The widest measurement shown on the chart was something like 3 1/4 inches. My feet are four inches wide! (Um…I swim well!) It’s almost impossible for me to find shoes or boots that actually fit and don’t smoosh my feet, sometimes very painfully. Here’s why I love these boots:
Easy on and easy off
Front zip
Very comfortable
Waterproof
Deep tread for good traction on snow
They look great
Thank you Propet for making these boots and Zappos for selling them. I am a customer for life!

As a woman with wide feet, I’m always struggling with finding comfortable fitting footwear. These boots fit great, they are good for walking and the warm lining feels AWESOME! I’m so pleased!
Rita –
Just what I needed. They truly are waterproof. The best thing is they fit!!! I have an extremely wide foot and many WW shoes and boots are still not wide enough, but these are. I ordered 1/2 size larger than my street shoe size to allow for heavy socks for our cold Wisconsin winters. These boots are wide enough to allow me to wear thick socks, but in most cold weather, I don’t need them because the boots keep my feet much warmer than any other boots I’ve ever had. I highly recommend them!!!

Fit perfectly–I could zip them up easily even with my high insteps! These boots have worked well for me in the various kinds of nasty NJ wintery weather. While the boots are a little heavier and somewhat more stiff than others I’ve tried, I think that they are are heavy-duty, waterproof, comfortable, and cute. Just what I’ve been looking for–I love them!

These boots fit very well, and are super-super warm, much needed in the Pacific Northwest’s cold autumn and winter months. I bought these to replace my much-loved Propet Blizzard boots, which lasted through five snowy winters! These are very similar, but the overall profile of toe-box, sole and heel is bigger. It’s not really a problem, but if high-style is important to you, you might be disappointed.

My review is based on examining and trying on the boots not actually wearing them. They appear to be well-made. They are not fashionable but no functional winter boots are. Unfortunately, I have to wear orthotics and the boot insoles were not removable. Placing orthotics on top of the existing insoles made the boot too short. Surprisingly, they were still of adequate width and depth. Because there was no larger size available (I had already ordered 1/2 size larger than my normal shoe size), I returned them and was unable to get a replacement in the size I needed or I would surely have done so. I recommend these boots to people with wide (including very wide) feet and high insteps. I recommend that you order 1/2 size larger than your normal size and, if you must add an orthotic on top of the non-removable insole, add an additional full size larger on top of that (in other words, a one-and-a-half size increase).

I have a hard time getting shoes to fit me. I have wide feet. These fit good and I can even zip them. I usually can’t tie or zip my boots because my feet are to big.
Suanne –
I read the other reviews and was unsure about ordering these boots but they are exactly what I was looking for and were awesome! They are certainly not much to look at out of the box and the other reviews are correct, it is a big bulbous toe boot that is super stiff. I was not able to push down and feel my big toe either. However, I was looking for an “easy on” front zip ankle boot to walk around a mountain town and go to and from skiing. I also didn’t want to spend a lot of money on more fashionable leather boots. I was concerned about the bulky appearance so I ordered a slimmer profile Sorel Slimpack III Lace (I’ll attach photos of both for comparison) I put these on with what I planned to wear and I absolutely loved them! Easy on and off through the TSA at the airport. I wore them all weekend from the slopes to dinner. I would say they fit true to size, the Zappos Fit Predictor said 7 so I went with that. I’m a pretty true size 6.5 but the 7 was perfect. It was hard to tell but I think my big toe was close enough but not too close to the front of the boot. These are definitely better on than in the box or Zappos photo. I wore them with athletic running socks and my foot moved around just a bit. Thicker socks would have alleviated that, however I didn’t need to hike mikes in these so I was good with the fit. Front Zip Ankle Boots are hard to find and I didn’t want to deal with lacing boots on the cold. Great boot and surprisingly stylish.

I ordered multiple boots. I have some challenges with my feet. I need shoes that have good arch support and cushioning in the footbed, as well as a wider width. These boots are ankle high snow or rain boots. They are insulated and cozy, perfect for cold weather. They are easy to get on and off with the front entry zipper. The length and width are all right. They do not have any insole cushioning or arch support. They do have a removable insole. When I inserted my cushioned insole the width was still good. But either way my heel was pretty loose in this boot. I wanted to keep these but I already have a more functional mid-calf high boot for rain and snow. If ankle high is good for you then I would give these a try. (These are 11cm w by 30cm L)
