I am experiencing arthritis pain and bunions at a relatively young age (26 years old), and so I am looking for shoes that offer a perfect blend of comfort, support and style. (Or at least not horribly unstylish.) I was very disappointed by this shoe. From the pictures, the neoprene material in the front looked like it might pass for cloth or even suede. In person, it looks more like cheap foam. When I took it out of the box, there was a little patch of indentations on the top of the toe box, and I couldn’t tell if they were permanent or temporary. Although the front part of the shoe was stretchy (as promised) to accommodate my wide foot, I was not happy with the comfort overall. The shoe felt very flat under my foot, with almost no arch support. In addition, the bottom of the shoe lacked traction and was very slippery. When trying on the shoe in my home, I stepped onto the linoleum in my kitchen and my foot almost slid out from under me. At my workplace, I have to walk through long tiled hallways, and I think my feet would slip around in this shoe. I could imagine that this might be a good shoe for someone who does limited walking, walks slowly, and/or does not walk on smooth/slick surfaces – but this was not at all what I was looking for.

I don’t have diabetes. Though I have extra wide feet with bunions. The shoes were comfortable but too long . I normally wear A 6 1/2 extra wide (2E). I ordered A size smaller.

I was hesitant about getting this because of the fabric since I always wear leather; but it was a nice, stretchy (but not too stretchy) fabric. It is slippery like the other review stated for the first week or 2 of wear, but it got much better. It is great for me since I walk with a walker.

These shoes seemed to run large.

I returned these rather than reordering in a WW , because the toes were too pointed and a bit too long. I used to be very happy with Propet but they’ve made the toes pointier even on shoes listed as having a round toe box. Boo, hiss!

Although these shoes fit fine, I could not keep them because I have balance issues, and the bottoms kept sliding on my hard floors.

I have hard-to-fit feet. They swell, they’re way too wide, I have arthritis… I could go on. These are the first shoes I have gotten that were comfortable as soon as I put them on. I got xx-wide and they are perfect even on a day when feet are swollen a bit. I don’t know if they will last, but even if I can walk comfortably for a month, it is worth it! BUT, they ARE pretty ugly. That front stretchy material looks weird and shows your foot outline. They are black and most people won’t really be paying attention, so it’s fine I think.

They were so ugly on my foot, I just didn’t like them
