At Shoe Trendy Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your items.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns and exchanges for most items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
- Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase
Note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:
- Swimwear (unless tags are intact and hygiene liner is in place)
- Slippers (if the sole shows any signs of wear)
- Hats (unless tags are intact and there’s no evidence of wear)
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to return or exchange an item:
- Contact us within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you’d like to return or exchange.
- Wait for approval – Our customer service team will review your request and send you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
- Package your item – Securely pack the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Include the RMA number clearly visible on the outside of the package.
- Ship your return – Send the package to our return address (provided with your RMA approval) using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your shipping receipt until your return is processed.
Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 3-5 business days of arrival), we will process your refund or exchange. You will receive an email notification when this occurs.
- Refund method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
- Timing: Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account after processing (timing depends on your bank or credit card company).
- Exchanges: If you requested an exchange, we will ship the new item once the return is processed. Shipping costs for exchanges follow our standard shipping policy.

For international returns, please mark the package as “RETURNED GOODS” to avoid customs charges. We are not responsible for any customs fees incurred during the return process.
