Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Shoe Trendy Shop purchase! If you’re not completely satisfied, you may return most items within 15 days of delivery.

Eligibility Requirements

To qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Item must be unworn and in original condition
  • Original packaging and all tags must be attached
  • Must include original receipt or proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Swimwear (unless tags are intact and hygiene liner is in place)
  • Slippers (if the sole shows any signs of wear)
  • Hats (unless tags are intact with no evidence of wear)

How to Return an Item

  1. Contact Us: Email [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and product details.
  2. Get Approval: Our team will review your request and send a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if approved.
  3. Package Securely: Place the item in its original packaging with all tags attached. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship Your Return: Send to our return address using a trackable service. Keep your shipping receipt until processing is complete.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective item, etc.). Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
